We took a trip up to see the Corolla Lighthouse at Heritage Park. It's a beautiful park and we really enjoyed walking around and exploring. We saw some crabs and a snake at the sound and David and Dave walked up all 212 steps to the top. David was so excited about that! We were able to get a few family shots that turned out pretty good too (which is difficult with kids!!!).
