Easter Weekend Fun

We had a fun family weekend celebrating the resurrection. We took a trip to the beach after doing an outreach as a family on Saturday. It was very sweet to see David particpating and handing out free waters. We enjoyed the beach and the VanBerkom family joined us for the fun!

On Easter, after church, we headed up to PA to see Dave's family. Mommom and Poppop had Easter Egg hunts for all the kids (thanks to Melissa for the help!). David and Kaylynn did theirs first and then Owen and Brendon found the eggs. Owen was SO excited to find eggs and put them in his basket. It was adorable. We had a wonderful time seeing our family and then we headed to my parents for yet another egg hunt! The boys once again had a blast finding all of their eggs and we had dinner. We were pretty tired after a long weekend, but we were grateful that we were able to make so many special memories together. Unfortunately, Dave has bronchitis and is doing pretty poorly, but he has meds and hopefully he will be fully recovered before Liam comes! I am scheduled to be induced on April 13 if I don't go sooner. :) YAY!!!
