Staying Cool...

It has been HOT around here lately. We've been staying cool with trips to the pool and playing in our back yard pool, getting soaked by the hose, and water table. The boys have been really enjoying our little pool and it's been fun for them to go out in the evenings and swim!

We've had so much fun outside this summer and the heat hasn't bothered us at all! Summertime is the best!

David and Owen love playing together. It brings me so much joy to see them together! They are buddies. :)

4th of July Party!

We celebrated the 4th with lots of fun and friends! We had a bbq and then all went to watch the fireworks. We had so much fun and even Asher Jackson came!!!

Sparklers were a hit! Although Owen was a little scared. :)

This was so cute. Jake, Mady, David, and Owen all wanted to lay out on their towels and have their juice. So adorable! They actually stayed out there for quite some time too.

Flag Cake

In honor of the 4th of July, David and I made a flag cake for our party. David loves helping in the kitchen and this was a treat for him.

Beach Day

On Saturday we went to the beach and had a great time! The boys both enjoyed the ocean and we had Grotto's on the boardwalk and went on some fun rides before coming home. What fun!

It's been a busy week for us! Today we decided to enjoy the beautiful weather and instead of going to the pool after swim lessons, we went to our favorite playground! The boys loved it!

Asher James

We got to meet a very special little guy yesterday...Asher James Jackson. He is adorable! David and Owen were blessed to be able to meet him too and their friends, Isaac and Abigail were there as well! What a blessing little Asher is! I am happy that Liam has a little buddy. :) It's so cool that Isaac and David are just 5 months apart, Owen and Abby are 3 weeks apart, and now Liam and Asher are a little over 2 months apart! Congratulations Jackson family!!! We love you!
