Earth Day Field Trip to the Brandywine Zoo

 On Earth Day, we went with our playgroup to the Brandywine Zoo for their Earth Day celebrations. It had been a really long and difficult week, but it was a beautiful day and I'm really glad we went. Owen and Liam had a blast! It was all about bats, so they got to make their own bat puppets and hats and walk through a bat cave. Their favorite part of all was the tiger!

David's class at school planted a tree on Earth Day and they did all sorts of activities with plants and also they learned how to recycle and take care of our planet. A fun day for all!
